Fees
Agency fee: 3% including tax of the sale price. This single rate applies to a sale mandate as well as to a search mandate, and is the same whether the fee is borne by the seller or the buyer; the allocation is settled in the mandate, which states it expressly. The fee falls due only if the transaction actually completes, on signature of the notarial deed.
Open-market valuations are priced separately, as set out on the Valuations page: €1,190 net, VAT not applicable under article 293 B of the French Tax Code.

- Contact form: it opens your own email software with a pre-filled message. The information you enter (name, email, telephone, description of your project) is sent directly from your mailbox to Marie-Céline Etave. It does not pass through the site and is not recorded there.
- Online estimator: the calculation runs entirely in your browser. The property details you enter are neither transmitted nor stored; any resulting contact is likewise made through a pre-filled message in your own mailbox.
When you write to us, the data provided is used solely to answer your enquiry and to follow up the relationship (legal basis: your request and pre-contractual steps). It is neither transferred nor sold to third parties, and is kept for as long as is necessary to handle your enquiry and, where applicable, for the duration of the professional relationship.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection in respect of your data. To exercise them, write to contact@paris7e.immo. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).

This site sets no cookies for analytics, advertising or tracking. To display correctly, it does however call on two external services which, technically, receive your browser's IP address: Google Fonts (typefaces) and Wikimedia Commons (the home-page photograph).
